Payments and Security
BeachBumProducts.com accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. Orders are transmitted in encrypted format to our secure server, insuring your privacy. We hold a secured server certificate by PayPal (Click the logo below to verify). Credit cards are billed at the time the order is submitted.

Shipping & Delivery
BeachBumProducts.com provides a choice of 2 shipping carriers, FedEx and UPS. FEDEX Home Delivery (residential ground) is our preferred method of shipping. 2 day-air and Overnight shipping services are available. Shipping charges are calculated using the delivery address zip code, and weight and size of the merchandise packed. The shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery time does not include weekend days and holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00pm EST (Noon) (Monday - Friday) will ship the same day! However, there are exceptions to that rule. Some select items ship via third-party Vendors. These items might take up to 48 hours to process. Packages might ship at the different times from different locations.
If there are any issues/problems with your delivery. You will be notified by e-mail only! A valid e-mail address is required for ordering. If you choose to give us a bad email address you might jeopardize our efforts to better serve you. (see our Privacy Statement)
BeachBumProducts.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes; it is important that the delivery address be a correct street address..
Handling Fee
We Charge a $7.95 handling fee per order. This includes the cost of order fulfillment and packing materials.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of your purchase BeachBumProducts.com will exchange the merchandise or refund your money.
The customer must e-mail BeachBumProducts.com using our Send a Message in a Bottle prior to returning any merchandise.
BeachBumProducts.com will not accept returned items after 30 days of purchase.
Defective products must be returned in their original factory packing. Make sure to include the shipping slip or your name with the order number. Returns are not accepted without a return merchandise authorization. When returning merchandise we will require you to enclose your invoice with your order #.
All shipping charges for returned or exchanged items are at the customer's expense. Returns must be shipped "freight prepaid." Items received "freight collect" will be refused.
Your account will be credited once the returned merchandise has been received by BeachBumProducts.com.
BeachBumProducts.com's refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or Acts Of Nature. Our products are designed primarily for private use. Any products used for rental purposes are subject to the terms and conditions of the "Purchase for Rental Use Agreement". If the merchandise has been used and/or damaged as stated in the aforementioned, or not properly cared for, BeachBumProducts.com will not be able to honor the return. The merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at his/her cost and no refund will be issued.

Warranties
Limited Lifetime Warranty (The Leisure Limo Only):The Leisure Limo is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty is non-transferable. BeachBumProducts.com limits of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at BeachBumProducts.com’s option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use, loss of time or freight charges are not covered. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in any rental and/or any application other than a single consumer purchase is not covered. Product finish is excluded from this warranty. All items and components that are subject to wear are not considered defective and are not covered. No other warranties are expressed or implied. BeachBumProducts.com reserves the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications without prior notice. Other BeachBumProducts.com items are warranted through the manufacturer of the product for a limited time period. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
